Clearly been going a while (since 2008) but we recently happened across ... The Old Batsman   Almost daily posts too, plus links to a lot more bloggy stuff.

Also banging the drum for televised cricket we recently had our attention drawn to ... Poor Cricket Fan   (not sure if he means impecunious or just that he's not a very good fan...   I don't really like the idea that the only reason people don't pay for Sky is that they cannot afford to.. I like to think of it as being something of a principled thing too, although as a friend of mine says "it's not the principle, it's the money"!)

We particularly like the irreverent blog in the newly-styled The Cricketer site .. The Cricketer Blog   Most of it seems to be done by that funny Pedalo bloke, Tyers....
Apart from a well-kept pint of foaming ale (please barman), there is nothing one likes better after (or even during) a game of cricket these days than .. a nice cup of tea and a sit down   So it is gratifying to see that there is a website dedicated to this pastime. And to biscuits too.	you may have tea-cups like this in your village cricket club pavilion
